Firefly | Joshua Beckman
The press is happy to announce the new publication Firefly by Joshua Beckman. Firefly consists of 16 previously unpublished poems written during the summer of 2018, alongside four new photo collages by Jon Beacham responding to the text. These poems were written during Beckman’s first summer living in the woods in upstate New York, where he spent more time with non-human creatures than human ones.
The book is hand set and printed letterpress, with the artworks printed color offset. Sewn and bound by hand, and laid into a letterpress printed dust jacket. Edition of 225 copies. $45. Purchase here.
Copies of the book have already shipped to folks enrolled in the Subscription Program. There are currently 10 remaining spots, and new subscribers will receive a copy of Firefly along with the first installment of the Subscription, and two more forthcoming works from the press.
